Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully. They explain how you may use Weight Loss Journey.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Kreative (developed by Krishna Kottayada) for the Weight Loss Journey website at weightlossjourney.co.in and theWeight Loss Journey mobile apps (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Coming soon and changes
The Android and iPhone apps are coming soon. Features, availability and pricing may change before and after launch. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance, without notice where reasonable.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
4. Not medical advice
The Service is for general wellness, tracking and motivation. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Calorie, nutrition, workout and activity figures, including anything produced by AI, are estimates and may be inaccurate. Talk to a doctor or qualified dietitian before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have had an eating disorder. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel unwell. You use the Service at your own risk.
5. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.
- Some features, such as AI features, may be available only to accounts where they are enabled, and may be limited per day.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter, including meal notes, photos and goals. You give Kreative a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to run the Service for you, including sending it to our providers (such as Google Cloud and Gemini) to deliver features you use, and to let an authorised administrator review it for support and safety.
Only upload photos and text that you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or that shows other people without their permission.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, misuse the Service, or try to gain unauthorised access to it or other users’ data.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell or scrape the Service, or overload it.
- Do not use AI features to produce harmful, misleading or unlawful content, or to try to bypass limits or safeguards.
- Do not use the Service in a way that promotes unsafe dieting or self-harm.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the name “Weight Loss Journey”, the logo, designs, text, illustrations and software, belongs to Kreative or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps and the website for their intended purpose.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, such as Google (Firebase, Google Cloud, Gemini), Apple, Google Play and your phone’s health services. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. You can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or that it will help you reach any particular result, such as a specific weight or fitness level. Individual results vary.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kreative and Krishna Kottayada are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top, and by continuing to use the Service after an update you accept the new terms.
